I attended a Christmas beginners class (biscuit decorating). One might ask why since I've done a royal icing class before.

I bought a little set on cookie decorating in the past but the focus was on " flooding" a biscuit". I wanted to improve my cookie decorating skills and get better at getting the icing consistency right.

I attended another class by https://www.biscuitstudioclasses.co.za/ . Ashleigh presented well and I learned a few tips. My next batch of biscuits will indicated if I've improved.
