As you can see, I like the analogy between plants growing and my business growing. The header photo is of a few sweetcorn plants in my vegetable garden.
Today and yesterday I was stretched in my business - I took on an order for 10 dozen cupcakes. This is the largest baking project I have taken on to date. I learned a few things in terms of timing (how long steps take), as well as consistency of icing that best suits piping a large rosette on a cupcake.
Now you know that we can take on a 10 dozen cupcake order. However booking in advance is important to ensure we have capacity to fulfill it.
