My dream for my baking business in 2026 is to add to what I've learned in cake baking and decorating so that I can take on wedding cakes.

This will be a journey and I plan to attend a wedding cakes class, build a portfolio and develop relationships with current and potential customers, wedding planners and décor providers.

Why wedding cakes? I love making edible flowers and I hope that in making wedding cakes, I will have more opportunities to do what I really enjoy. I also hope to serve couples a custom made cake that expresses wat the love and value. I plan to add bride and groom toppers to what I offer and decorate with textured cake coverings to complement the style that couples have chosen for their wedding. And of course I plan to keep baking "from scratch" to make the taste one to remember.
